Hello, it's a public holiday today..a day when we sleep half the day and wake up confused on what to eat for the late breakfast or most times brunch. Sometimes we settle on light or heavy dishes depending on your cravings and what you feel like eating.
Today's is Moimoi(bean pudding) and oats.
More protein and fibre. For people who do not like oats like me, it can be replaced with pap, custard or whatever you want ( So far it balances with the protein).
