If you always feel dizzy or faint, this may be why:
1. Low blood pressure
When your blood pressure is too low, your body struggles to push enough blood to your brain. This can make you feel light-headed, weak, or like the room is spinning especially when you stand up suddenly or after sitting for long.
2. Low blood sugar
Sudden drops in blood sugar can leave you feeling shaky, sweaty, confused, or faint. This is common if you skip meals, eat poorly, or have issues with sugar regulation. Your brain depends on sugar for energy, so when it drops, dizziness follows.
3. Dehydration
Not drinking enough water reduces the volume of blood circulating in your body. This makes it harder for oxygen and nutrients to reach your brain, leading to dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, and sometimes fainting especially in hot weather or after sweating a lot.
4. Anemia
Anemia means you don’t have enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen around your body. When your brain doesn’t get enough oxygen, you may feel dizzy, tired, short of breath, or weak, even after doing small tasks.
5. Heart issues
If the heart is weak or not beating properly, it cannot pump blood efficiently. This reduces blood flow to the brain and other organs, causing dizziness, fainting, chest discomfort, or extreme tiredness. This should never be ignored.
