Sometimes it’s not one big thing destroying your mental health.
It’s the small things you do every single day without even noticing.
Scrolling first thing in the morning.
Talking badly about yourself like it’s normal.
Comparing your life to people online.
Ignoring how you feel and acting like everything is fine.
The scary part is most of these things look completely normal. Everyone is doing them. That’s why a lot of people don’t even realise their mental health is slowly getting worse.
If you’ve been feeling tired mentally, emotionally drained, or just not yourself lately, it might not be because you are weak. It might just be your daily habits affecting you more than you think.
Start small. You don’t need to fix everything at once. Just change one habit and see how you feel.
