Our next 🌸Women’s Circle🌸 is on 10 January 2026, a New Year special with journaling reflections.

Last Women’s Circle reminded us how much the body holds when life becomes too loud.
Together with Evelin from , we created a grounded space where women could release tension, reconnect with their breath and understand what stress and hormones do to their energy.
Many arrived tired in both their brain and their body, and left with more softness, more clarity and a feeling of not having to carry everything alone.

If your winter feels heavy or if you notice early signs of burnout or hormonal overwhelm, a space like this can make a real difference for your emotional balance and your nervous system.
