It's gearing up to be a powerful 2026!

Power and Surrender are two major themes I'll be working with over these first few months

The world needs more people who are standing in our power, in integrity, with regulated nervous systems, deeply connected to our center.

Amsterdam! 📆 Monday 8 December - I've added more dates for my Intro to Ta**ra Evenings to make space for more folks to discover what Ta**ra can open in you 💝

I've heard from many of you that you would like different formats of events to fit different levels of experience. Some folks are just getting curious about Ta**ra and want to give it a try, whereas others of you are ready to dive deeper and expand further.

In this Intro evening, you'll explore intimacy practices to connect with other GBTQ men+ beyond the surface. You'll learn new ways of giving and receiving touch, to connect your s*xual energy with your heart and discover new forms of pleasure in your body. You'll see how pleasure and s*xual energy can be deeply connective and even healing. And you'll get to meet a group of other GBTQ men+ who are looking to do the same.

This workshop will involve optional nudity. All touch is optional and we emphasize consent in order to create a strong container of safety for everyone involved.

No one is turned away for lack of funds. If cost is a barrier, DM me and we'll find an exchange that works for you ✨

Bliss is your birthright ✨💖✨

I'm still landing after completing my 7th (!) t@ntra retreat with **ra4gaymen

The Divinity of Bliss 🙏

This week opened me to new layers of t@ntric practice, gave me a kick in the 🍑 to continue pursuing my spiritual path with dedication, and highlighted the importance of community among GBTQ men for healing, connection and brotherhood.

I attended my first retreat with Ta**ra4GayMen back in 2021, diving head first into the T@ntra Teacher Training program.

I had no idea how my life would be changed.

This work has brought me into my body, into my heart, and re-ignited my connection to spirit.

I've discover deep healing, a beautiful brotherhood of GBTQ men, and a spiritual path that continues to open to the most awe-inspiring experiences of the divine, and challenges me to surrender ever more deeply to my calling.

I have enormous gratitude to Jason and Ingo Ta**ra for the school they built, the community they've gathered, and the teachings they've imparted. And all the challenges that have helped me to grow and expand into who I am today.

The beauty of T@ntra is that anyone can access orofiund states of €cstasy and Bliss, allowing us to remember who we *truly* are behind all the layers.

I'm so excited to continue serving this community and spreading this work to more men who feel called to something deeper in their lives 🙏
