How to make your affirmations work:
✨ Speak the affirmation out loud three times a day: morning, midday, and evening.
✨ You may want to make a list for yourself, where you can write down effective and powerful affirmations that are important to you.
✨ You may want to write an affirmation on the positive aspect of your self-judgment.
✨ Anchor the affirmation in your body as you are repeating it.
✨ You can also start a mindfulness journal where you can write down any affirmation that comes into your mind.
