Rachel, 35, came to me because she was struggling with fatigue and didn’t understand why. ⁠

Getting through afternoons was difficult at work. She’d hit a major energy slump and it was affecting her mood and mind too.⁠

She’d also had other frustrating symptoms that she’d assumed were unconnected: dry skin, unexplained weight gain, low libido, digestive issues, bad PMS, reduced productivity, headaches, anxiety & depression even. ⁠

In a big way, she’d been feeling less than her best for a while.⁠

But the symptoms had been accumulating over time. Before she knew it, so much had changed and she wondered how she got here.⁠

Like so many other women, she wondered if she was destined to feel this way for the rest of her life.⁠

She’d thought: Is this my new normal?⁠

Together, we did a deep dive into her past and present and quickly started putting the pieces together.⁠

And it didn’t take long for her to see a difference.⁠

👋 Think something’s up with your hormones?

Tired, foggy, moody, unfocused, period problems, anxious, skin or hair issues, gaining fat while losing muscle, zero libido...

No matter the symptom...

👉There’s one thing you can’t ignore:

Your blood sugar.

And I’m not talking T2 diabetes prevention here. Though if it goes ignored for too long you could end up there.

Too often we think or we’re told it’s not an issue till we’re old, unfit, or our blood sugar levels creep up to the prediabetes zone...

But long before that:

it matters.👈

Especially for us women because of the BIG influence it has on our other hormones.

It’s enough influence to make us feel and show up less than our best selves, and frankly, STRUGGLE.

Been there? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Not only that, women can struggle for YEARS with blood sugar issues, feeling like crap and on a host of meds before anyone even checks in to see how they’re blood sugar is doing.

👉In my practice, it’s a priority.

Women notice almost immediate results once we start dialing in their blood sugar balance.

In just 2 to 4 weeks my clients notice things like:

👉Skin improves
👉Improved energy
👉Improved sleep
👉Improved mood
👉Feeling happier
👉Better resilience
👉Less affected by stressful events
👉Reduced bloating
👉PMS symptoms gone
👉Periods return
👉Reduced need for medications
👉Losing stubborn extra weight that was holding on (fat loss, not muscle!).

Of course, results vary but most women see results like these in the first few weeks. And in the weeks after, even more improvements!

Most often we’re not doing keto or some other very restrictive diet to get the results. No magic pills or potions. Just finding balance by finding what works for YOU.

🤩 WE CAN TAKE BACK CONTROL of our health by equipping ourselves (and our loved ones) with (better) information, by sharing it with others in need, and by talking about things that we just haven’t been talking about in mainstream circles.⁠⁠

Got these in your life? 🤔⁠

Sleep 😴, well-formed daily poops 💩, and keeping your blood sugar stable — all three are so important to health and hormone balance, not to mention helping us feel and show up our best.⁠

Feeling off? Fatigued? Moody? Unfocused? Unmotivated? Crazy cravings? Period problems? No libido? Skin or hair woes or other frustrating symptoms?⁠

Think to these three essentials I listed up top. 👆THESE ARE THE FOUNDATIONS. ⁠

Supplements, testing, the latest diet or fitness craze, magic-pills or solutions... none of that will work well if these foundations are not in place and working well for you.⁠

🤯 It’s stress awareness month and if you’ve been feeling the stress lately, we get it. And you’re not alone.⁠

🤩 I also know that stress or no stress, you get s%*t done. You do what you’ve got to do and you do it well, most of the time. You’re amazing!⁠

🙄 But if you’ve been feeling a bit zapped lately, foggy, unfocused, forgetful, irritable, on edge, less motivated, less creative or understanding, and all round just less kind, to yourself but also with putting up with other people’s [crap]... I get that too.⁠

🤗 If it’s been a year and you’ve felt the stress come on thick, there’s a way out.⁠

Feeling less than your amazing self lately and wondering wtf is going on?⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Perhaps you’re doing all the things and you even make a good effort to take care of you.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
You eat well, get your sleep in, exercise, you even have help to not feel so overloaded. ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
But you’re showing up to your day, your work, your family or appointments foggy, frazzled, forgetful or pumped up on carbs or caffeine to get you through the day...⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Your mood might shift on a dime, snapping at one situation, then bursting into tears at another.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
If you’re completely honest with yourself, it’s not really how you want to show up but you’re doing what you’ve got to do... maybe even what you’ve always done.⁠

Your days are so full doing all the things, it’s hard to see another way.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Nonetheless, YOU’RE DOING GREAT THINGS. You’re committed to your greatness.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Today, I have a few questions for you:⁠⁠

👉How committed are you to YOU?⁠⁠
⁠⁠
👉What would change if your commitment to yourself was just as or even more important as your commitment to your goals, your work, your clients, your boss, your family??⁠⁠
⁠⁠
👉What would you be doing differently? How would you be showing up? For yourself or even others?⁠

👉What must change to make that happen?⁠
⁠⁠
👉And how easy or scary does that sound?⁠⁠
⁠⁠
If it feels much harder (or scary as hell) to fully commit to yourself, or even put that commitment before others, I get it. You’re not alone.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Frankly, we haven’t really been modeled or taught how to do this. ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
