BODIES WISDOM

Dear you,
Have you remembered that it knows?
Every part,
Bone and cell.
Every fluid that flows through you?

It all know and remembers in detail what has happened, even when your mind has forgotten, or has put it into a black box. Far and hidden away.

Your body knows and remembers it all.
All the glories, sadness and in-between.
All the beauty, shadows and distraction.

Can you bring your awareness to your breath and simply sit with what's arising without judgement of attachment. Feeling into it, allow it and most of all, allowing yourself to remember again.
Because underneath all of that, there is deep wisdom longing to rise to the surface and integrated into new realities.

STARTING A NEW

Last year I have heard many stories, including mine, where life seemed to be intense, in lots of movement and a true invitation to trust and go inside.

I have chosen to go within in the last month's of 2023. Worked little and spend a lot of time and space with the beings I love close to me and feeling into my calling. It has brought me to the south of France where I was initiates in the cave of Mary Magdalena, to Greece and the holy mountain of Zeus. To Egypt multiple times, where I would sit on the edge of the cliff of mount Sinai and the universe spoke to me. Ant at last is has also brought me to the sacred valley of Peru. A beautiful, deepening and still very much integrating process. I am in awe

This year, even though it has nothing to with any number, feels like a new. A new deep trust of opening and experiencing life and the different dimensions in it. It feels like something fresh, bright, expanding and... A grand mystery.

I am in love with life as I am in love with you, who I meet on this path.

Let's meet again, come together and celebrate the starting of something great, something new.

I don't need to know you to love you. I don't need to recognise you right in this moment.

I don't need to hear your stories and see the synchronicity in it. I don't need to hear anything to be able to feel.

Because I love you, as you, for you. As I realise clearly, that we have chosen to meet (again). To dance the inner dance of love and energy.

Maybe the most important 'thing' I have learned these last years is to trust the mystery.

The unknown
Beyond the mind
The seed

Laying deep within the earth, waiting to be watered with trust and faith. In it's divine timing, creating roots from the nourchering love that is given.

Are you watering your seed within? Can you give yourself timeless space to deeply connect, with the mystery that arises? Can you be, with what has always been?

SPEAKING TRUTH

I would like to take you on a journey.

Find a comfortabel position to sit or lay in.
Gently closing your eyes and opening yourself to the world within.
Bring your awareness to your breath, slow, tender and easefully.
As you breathe in and out, can you let your breath sink all the way down into your belly? Deepening and letting it touch your base.
As you allow yourself to breath in and out like this for a few times, I invite you to bring your awareness towards your heart and throat.

What is moving within?
What wants to be expressed?
What is your hearts truth?

And are you willing to let in journey all the way out, as you open yourself, your through, jaw and mouth. Letting it come into the realization of the NOW.
