I'm Sharing this to show what is going on in the 'Pilates' world. This is from a page called Club Pilates but none of this is Pilates. Do not call your class (or in this case page) Pilates if it is not. It just causes confusion and puts people off who are looking for the true Pilates Method. There is too much of this going on. If you're teaching a class on the Reformer, but it is not Pilates then call it Fitness Reformer.
