Phew! I am so relieved. My favorite beer and the wines i drink most here in Holland are Vegan friendly! A friend of mine just watched this documentary and is now doing a juice fast. check out the website. very interesting! even if you are NOT over weight, the benefits of doing a juice fast and eating fruits and vegetables are VERY clear!
