—— Before I decided that I can have it all,
I was trying.
Hoping.
Often in the energy of “maybe.”

When we’re in our maybe, the little mind says:
“it might not work”
“it might not be good enough”
“it might not happen for me”
“it worked before — so now it might go wrong”

Do you recognize this?

It’s often very subtle.
Sometimes you don’t even notice it.
What’s clearer is the feeling of not being sure.

And here’s the thing:

If you’re not sure, if you’re not in definite knowing,
you’re giving your power to a voice that isn’t true.
The voice that limits.
The voice that was built from the past.

Decision is not optimism.
It’s a shift of being.
It’s a shift to truth when the decision is aligned.
A command your nervous system and reality rearrange around.

This is the year you grow into your true power.

Just so grateful for us ❤️‍🔥 This is us at nye, we are preparing dessert, and ohh how much I enjoy him and myself with him.

I didn’t always have this.

I was in toxic dynamics because I was toxic to myself.
After my previous relationship, I was sitting on my red couch every night, feeling my heart crying, being in deep pain. I thought I failed. I thought my fun family was broken. I thought my dream man was gone.

And at the same time, I knew something better would come; my aligned love; the dream man that is actually meant for me. I stayed with my liberated life practices. I chose every night and every morning, again and again, that it would happen one day. Maybe in my next life — but all the inner work would pay off.

And it did. In ways I never expected 🥹

Wherever you are right now — however exquisite or bad you feel — I want you to know:

It’s only getting better.

At least, if you want…
If you want, you can surprise yourself with what you are capable of 🔥

You can 100% — 1000% — make your dreams happen and more.

It takes you to become the one who decides. Not once, but again and again.

It’s easy to decide to do what is truly good for you one time. It takes a profound and lasting decision to actually live by truth daily, in every way, so that you can live a truly beautiful life.

This Christmas — wow. Everything I’ve ever wanted and more.

Every year at Christmas I can’t help but notice so much inner growth reflected outwardly. Every year the effects of deeper forgiveness, more total love and more truth touch me. Difficult for the ego, great for the soul.

Old stories do die.

I live in a totally different reality.
At home. With my love. Within my family — including with my bonus-parents.

When you’re inner world shifts again, the outer world responds again 👌

For everyone who feels something is missing — I have been there. All my life up until now. When I was little, when I was with a boyfriend, when I was alone with Joya-Mae. And yet, like I said to a client this Christmas:

It’s how deeply we allow our feelings and how resilient we are to create what we love — with what we have now. Like every other day.

We shape tomorrow by how we are today.

Life is not the way it is.
Life is as we are.

Next year, I’ll cherish what I have even more…

Prrppp… I almost didn’t post this.
Because it feels too much. Too raw. Too real.

And yet… I know that’s what has held us women back for too long. It has held me back for a long time.
So used to dimming my power.
So used to dimming my feminine strengths — like vulnerability.

May you be inspired.
To decide instead of wait.
To remember your true power.
To allow your softness and your power at the same time. And we become leaders moving evolution forward — in the mundane🕯️, in the way we live together 🌿, in the way we are in the bedroom 💋🖤, in the boardrooms ⚡🏛️, in the way we lead our companies 👑💫

I am here, in this moment.
Feeling. Opening.
Claiming truth.
Becoming more of me.

I dared to share that I felt something big was happening. And yesterday already, it happened. Because I was doing the prep work for “Wait, I did it!” Because I’m taking action.

It touched me so deeply.

I’m here — present with it.
Allowing myself to land in my next chapter: the fear, the healing, the devotion, the calling.

No explanation.
No performance.
Just presence.

May we all feel safe to express.
May we all remember our true power.

𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞?
𝐎𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐲 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞?

Do you long to have your dream job…
Or maybe the family you imagined having by now?

Maybe you have all the things mentioned above. You are doing breathwork, yoga and a lot of reflection, and still you feel something is missing.
Maybe you feel you wish you had expressed yourself more according to who you truly are. To have the trust and strength to follow your own path.
It seems to be part of getting older: judgment or even rejection towards ourselves and where we are in life. OR is it part of a journey that we’re all on?

The journey towards inner freedom.

If you ask me, these kinds of unfulfilled wishes and the self-rejection connected to it, come up because we didn’t get a life-manual for our mind, body and soul. 🔥
We weren’t taught how our mind, body and soul work together; how to feel, how to express, where to focus our attention so we can experience magic and flow.

Did you also learn: ‘Pain is not nice, so it has to go’. Take an aspirin, it will be over, and you can just continue life.
Same for women in their moon-days: even with the physical and mentally discomfort, we have to go on. We were taught a language that creates distance and separation from the world around us. And these are just a few examples.

And eventually, we find ourselves in what I call: the ‘Foundation of Fear’
Perhaps, this is exactly the way it should be. So we can move towards the ‘Foundation of Freedom’. Because nothing exists without its opposite. No dark, no light.

If you’re an ambitious parent who is trying to manage life and get to the next potential, but you experience quite the opposite:

My answer is: 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦.

>> Inner Freedom is the ability to live as close as possible to your true nature, trust yourself and follow what your innermost feeling says, 𝙣𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 others think or say.

For me, it's a continuous journey to enjoy life more and more. ❤️
To live as close possible to our true nature, which is (unconditional) Happiness, Love, Bliss, Abundance, Success. Basically all that we want.
>> It puts a stop to the train of suffering.

It feels like my calling to share what has, and still is helping me to experience Inner Freedom daily.

I feel we all benefit from creating a Liberated Life. What l am about to share in the ‘ 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝟑 - 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 "𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦’ , are the basics for that. I want to make it available to everyone who feels the calling to live in freedom too.

You can shift from Fear based living to Freedom based living.
