We’re thrilled to introduce the three early-career glaucoma specialists selected for the WGA Associate Advisory Board Research Mentorship Program:

🔹 Prasanna Venkatesh Ramesh
🔹 Pedro Henrique Oliveira Ribeiro
🔹 Chinsisi Nyirenda

These outstanding individuals were selected from a global pool of applicants and will embark on a 12-month journey of research, mentorship, and professional growth. The program officially begins in January 2026, with all three mentees working toward the opportunity to present their work on the World Glaucoma Congress stage.
