why this podcast actually matters 💜
One of the biggest misconceptions in gut health is that there is one right supplement, one perfect protocol, one magic recipe that fixes everyone. There isn’t. Every gut is different. Every nervous system is different. Every story is different.

That’s exactly why I believe in listening to other women’s experiences. Not to copy them, not to follow their exact routine, but to expand your own awareness. When you hear someone talk about burnout showing up as bloating, or stress triggering food sensitivities, or how their body changed after pushing too hard for too long, something clicks. You start recognizing your own patterns.

Gut Goddess is not about handing out formulas. It’s about helping you understand that the real work is learning your own body. Your triggers. Your rhythms. Your signals. Because no one supplement will ever replace self-awareness ✨

Gut Goddess Talks, the official podcast of the official Gut Goddess is officially live and I still can’t fully believe I’m writing that.

The first episode is out and I had the pleasure of recording it with Nicole Langstaff, who is a certified integrative health coach deeply focused on nervous system healing, neuroplasticity, sleep, nutrition and the gut microbiome. Basically all the things that actually matter when your body feels like it’s not cooperating anymore.

We talked about burnout, gut health and what it really means to “reset” your nervous system. Not in a trendy way. Not in a 5-step morning routine way. But in a very real way.

So many women think burnout is just being tired or overwhelmed, but we explored how it shows up physically long before you crash. The bloating that suddenly gets worse. The food sensitivities that seem to appear out of nowhere. The fatigue that doesn’t improve even when you technically rest. The brain fog. The feeling that your system just isn’t as resilient as it used to be.

And something I find so important: eating “healthy” doesn’t automatically fix anything if your nervous system is still in survival mode. You can have the cleanest diet in the world and still feel off if your body doesn’t feel safe.
