why this podcast actually matters 💜
One of the biggest misconceptions in gut health is that there is one right supplement, one perfect protocol, one magic recipe that fixes everyone. There isn’t. Every gut is different. Every nervous system is different. Every story is different.
That’s exactly why I believe in listening to other women’s experiences. Not to copy them, not to follow their exact routine, but to expand your own awareness. When you hear someone talk about burnout showing up as bloating, or stress triggering food sensitivities, or how their body changed after pushing too hard for too long, something clicks. You start recognizing your own patterns.
Gut Goddess is not about handing out formulas. It’s about helping you understand that the real work is learning your own body. Your triggers. Your rhythms. Your signals. Because no one supplement will ever replace self-awareness ✨
