So many new faces lately, and I felt called to share a version of my story.
I was born in Kazakhstan to Greek parents and moved countries many times as a child. My life was shaped by displacement, loss, and constant change. At 12, my father was killed, and shortly after, I lost my home country too. From that moment on, the feeling of not fully belonging followed me for many years.
In my 20s, I found myself in an unhealthy relationship that slowly broke me down. Leaving it was the first real moment I chose myself. What followed was a long period of depression, fear, and deep inner searching.
Everything changed when I was introduced to plant medicine work and inner healing. For the first time, I truly saw myself, my patterns, and my power. Layer by layer, I came back to life. 🌿
I followed my heart, shifted my path, and eventually moved to the Netherlands, where I now live with my partner René and our daughter Zoë. Together we build our family, our vision, and our work with a lot of intention, love, and presence.
Today, my work is about supporting women to reconnect with themselves, shift patterns in love, and step back into their inner strength. My life taught me how deeply our past shapes us, and how much is possible when we choose awareness and truth.
This is the short version of me.
