Unfortunately, feelings of stress have become a normality. Everyday life asks a lot of you. Thanks to all modern techniques, you are continuously available and prone to too much info. More and more people trample on themselves in an attempt to keep up while life passes them by. Often and when it is too late, do you notice how tired, confused and lost you are. During a MEDITATE4FREEDOM event, for while, you step out of the “race”. You switch from a DO-mode to a BE-mode. You experience what it is to sit still and look at the present moment with full attention. Jeroen works with a modern mix of different styles and techniques brought to you in an understandable way. However, inner freedom takes practice and meditation is practice. The MEDITATE4FREEDOM events can be used as an introduction to the technique or as motivation when you discipline has evaporated. Everyone can learn it and every time is different. You will experience that you are not your thoughts. You learn to look at stressful situations with a certain distance and from a neutral stance, pay attention to the moment, without judging it immediately, avoiding it or getting carried away. It is a powerful means that you can apply throughout your live and with it, step by step, you shall experience more happiness, peace and freedom. Everybody, both experienced as inexperienced, who wish to (further) explore oneself, mindfulness and meditation or is subject to stress, too much work, worrying, decreasing productivity, you feel like you are being lived or feel the need to experience more inner peace and quiet, no longer wishes to be carried away by thoughts and feelings and wants to listen more to your true self. Partly to give everyone the opportunity to attend and experience its benefits, and to share the Buddha Dharma with compassion, not to over-commercialize and keep the intention pure; this is a choice. After mingling with Tibetan refugees in Nepal/North India, Jeroen Aalders became aware of the importance of freedom (both outer-, as well as inner freedom) and stimulating and inspiring others of such a similar awareness process kind of became his life’s mission. Thus expressing outer freedom, human rights and the right to be yourself, something that Tibetans, unfortunately, are deprived off in the form of his role as initiator and managing director of ALL4FREEDOM. Inner freedom, however, is something that these very same Tibetans have always cherished and developed, through, among other things, mindfulness, meditation, their Buddhist belief and lifestyle, is shared by Jeroen during his MEDITATE4FREEDOM events. This includes experiencing of inner peace and being free of destructive emotions such as stress, fear, anger, hatred, craving, aversion, irritation, jealousy, guilt, loneliness, sadness, pain, etc. Despite the fact that Jeroen is well able to inspire others, at first, he did not see it his task to start spreading such wisdom as some sort of guru. However, ever since he has very successfully ‘sneaked’ meditation into his formerly ‘normal’ sauna sessions, there was no way back. In addition, and as did the Buddha himself, Jeroen saw so much suffering and people who were not free that he started sharing the skills he had received and now somewhat mastered. Hence, Jeroen relaxes people towards their reset on a daily basis during his always meditative Silent-Zen-Session sauna sessions, Tibetan singing bowl sessions and Mindful-Mint-Meditations/MMM (where one objectively observes the physical sensations in the intense mint environment). Following the aforementioned success stories and the large demand and search for further depth, relaxation, de-stressing, inner freedom and more, mindfulness/meditation coach, Jeroen, now also hosts MEDITATE4FREEDOM events where he shares his knowledge and experience (of among other things the Tibetans lamas and various vipassana retreats) with passion and pleasure to whoever wants to hear it, feels it, needs it or benefits from it.
