WHAT IS FRANKLIN METHOD?

The Franklin Method was founded by Eric Franklin in 1994. It is a physical, mental and playful training method which helps you to improve your posture, flexibility and body awareness. With this new body awareness you will change the way you use your body and her functioning. This will have a positive influence on your movements, posture, health and emotions and spirit. Your body and mind have built in systems to treat itself in a healthy way. The Franklin Method helps you to rediscover and use these systems and the capacity to change.

In order to reach these goals movement, imagination and physical anatomy concepts and bio-mechanics are being used. Next to this you will train your sensitivity and you will learn to be alert how you use your body and mind and if any changes are happening. Moving with attention provides us with a lot of information about how we use our body and mind in our daily life (at work and at home).
