Pull-ups feel impossible for a lot of people.

Not because they’re “not strong enough”…but because they skip the steps that actually build the strength for them.

Most beginners keep trying pull-ups over and over again, hoping one day it will suddenly work.

But strength usually comes from a progression.

Start with the basics:

•Dead hangs + scap pull-ups
•Rows
•Negative pull-ups

Focus on control, practice them consistently, and your pulling strength will improve much faster than you think.

If pull-ups are a goal for you, save this progression and try it in your next workouts.

Curious — can you do a pull-up yet?

A pattern I see quite often as a coach:

People doing a different workout every week.

Something from Instagram.
Something they found on Google.
A random class.
Something completely different the next week.

And then people wonder why they’re not getting stronger.

The issue usually isn’t motivation.

It’s the lack of a structured training approach.

Strength is built through repeated exposure to the same movement patterns, with gradual increases in load, volume, or complexity.

In other words: the body adapts when it receives a clear and consistent stimulus.

A well-designed strength program usually includes:

• an initial assessment or movement screen
• a clear progression over several weeks
• repeated practice of key lifts
• planned increases in load or difficulty
• testing points to measure progress

Without that structure, training often becomes a series of disconnected workouts.

You might leave a session feeling exhausted — and many people use that feeling of being “dead” as a measure of how good the workout was.

But fatigue is not the same as progress.

Progress in strength training is measured by improved performance over time — not by how exhausted you feel after a single session.

A good program isn’t designed to simply make you tired.

It’s designed to provide the right stimulus so the body can adapt and get stronger over time.

That’s exactly the thinking behind the program I’m currently building:

Strong For Life — Foundations

A 12-week strength program designed around clear progressions and measurable strength gains.

Launch opens next week.

If you’re curious about it, comment FOUNDATIONS and I’ll send you the details.

You don’t struggle with consistency because you lack discipline.

You struggle because you’re unsure.

And that’s human.

When there’s no clear plan, it’s hard to know:
• what you’re building
• whether you’re improving
• if your effort even matters

So sessions start to feel random.
Effort feels disconnected from results.
Motivation fades.

Not because you don’t care.

But because your brain needs feedback.

When progress is visible, your brain rewards the behaviour.
Progress builds trust.
Trust makes showing up easier.

That’s human psychology — not a willpower issue.

Structure removes friction.
Clarity creates feedback.
Progress builds confidence.

That’s the thinking behind Foundations.

A structured strength program built around clear progression and measurable results — including focused work toward your first strict pull-up.

Not more chaos.
Not longer sessions.

Just intentional strength training that makes sense.

If you’d like the details first, comment “FOUNDATIONS”.

Strong, Evolved.

I see it all the time — moms-to-be chasing PRs, pushing through signals, trying to stay the same.

Pregnancy is a unique chapter — a time to stop proving strength and honor what your body can do. For me, it was never about proving anything — it was about listening, moving safely, and showing up for myself.

These 3 principles guided how I trained during pregnancy, and how I coach most moms today:

1️⃣ Function over performance
2️⃣ Core & breath connection
3️⃣ Respecting my energy levels

Strong doesn’t disappear in pregnancy — it evolves.

✨ Save this post if you’re pregnant or know a mom-to-be who could use a little inspiration!

You don’t need to stop moving during pregnancy.
You need to adapt.

That can look different day to day.

Some days strong.
Some days gentle.
Some days just showing up.

Pregnancy taught me to listen to my body
and move with intention.

This is the mindset behind Empowered Moms.

Start with this two tasks to work towards your goals 🎯

How often have you caught yourself saying "I dont have time"? Quite often right? 🫤

Truth is, we all have the same 24h a day, its just a matter of prioritizing whats important to us and creating space in our schedule 📔
Its easy do get caught up in the never ending to-do list of daily life and if we dont make time, time will be taken from us, something will always come up, there is just never the "perfect time"

Whenever someone new starts with their online program with me, they are given two simple tasks to start with as their daily practice:

☝🏻 Make time: set aside a specific time each day or week or delegate tasks to free up more time
✌🏻 Take a 5min action: do a very small action today that moves you towards your goals.

Surprised?? too simple?? expecting a "next level secret"? (spoiler: there isnt one🤫)

Practicing breaking stasks into small and manageable steps will make you realize that these are the tasks that make everything else possible, as well, these are poweful stress-management tools.

May I suggest YOU give this two steps a try and see how it goes?? 😀

Let me know in the comments below if you struggle making time for yourself or if you dont, your tips on how to make it happen. Lets inspire each other 😄

YOUR BIG PICTURE!💭

No matter what our goal might be, the first step in achieving that goal is to have a big picture in mind.

Lots of times people get stucked or dont even start working towards achieving their goals as they are somehow "looking for motivation" 👀.
Well, in order to find that motivation we need to define what our super goal is, meaning, asking ourselfs what do we want to achieve? (this can be changed of course or it might evolve throughout our journey)

We will find our motivation by truly understanding the reason we want to reach our super goal. It is the deep meaningful "ultimate why" the driving force that helps us to work towards our goal every day, because believe it wont be easy every day, we will have days we ask ourself: why are we doing this?? and there is where our ultimate why comes into play! if we want it hard enough, we will have enough grit to get it done💪🏻🔥

I truly believe when we start throwing excuses in, we actually dont want it hard enough or it isnt that important to us after all, or maybe you simply didnt dig deep enough into your ultimate why.

It takes some self-reflection and we need to keep asking ourselfs: WHY?? until we got to the core of the truth ✨

So, lets ask ourselfs:
-> What is our super goal?
-> Why do we want to achieve that goal?
-> Why??
💥Your ultimate why will make us feel inspired & excited, willing to do whatever it takes, really💛

If you need some help in getting started or finding your ultimate why/super goal, feel free to DM me and lets have a chat 🙌🏻
