Your vagus nerve is part of your parasympathetic nervous system, and when it’s toned and healthy, your whole being comes into a higher-functioning state.
In modern life most of us live with frazzled nervous systems and a host of symptoms as a result (think chronic stress, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, poor immunity, and so much more).
But the good news is, that there are ways of working with the Vagus nerve and the total body. Cranio sacral is one of them.
During a session we use techniques to give more space to the area where the vagus nerve leaves the brain/skull and enters the body. More space to move freely, and thus work better for your body health.
