Fill your cup with breath, sweat and salty sea air during a long weekend by the ocean.

This retreat is all about vitality, connection and playfulness. We’ll explore and move on our mats during morning yoga & pilates sessions, and close our days with meaningful conversations over delicious, nourishing meals.

We put a lot of love and care into the interior of our studios 🤍

Our yoga experience isn’t only shaped by the practice itself — it’s shaped by the container in which that practice happens. Light, colors, textures, scents, acoustics, temperature, and even the way a room is arranged all communicate safety and softness to the body.

A supportive environment can help:  • soften the breath. • lower muscle tension. • quiet mental noise. • and create a feeling of being grounded and present. 
Every detail in our spaces is chosen to send a gentle signal: “You can rest here.” 🙏🏼

A little pinch-us moment! 🥹🙏🏼✨

Today marks exactly 9 years since we first opened our doors! Since then, we’ve welcomed so many wonderful teachers, added new classes, and expanded into new studio spaces. We feel truly grateful for the growth we’ve experienced so far!

And not to forget: over these past 9 years, Namasté Academy was also born — our space for yoga (teacher) trainings. Our list of retreats, both close to home and abroad, keeps growing as well 😍
