At the end of the month my telkom internet usage gets used up and i have a couple of days of no internet. I thought about topping up, and then realized these were the most peaceful days of the month! and i have started to ponder what life might be like, if we all stopped communicating like this? A part of me thinks it is perhaps possible, focus would then return to people and things in our immediate surrounds. hmmmm,??? how much of our livelihood, income etc is dependent on the big wide web????

Thanks to all for a great practice this am.
early session, 7h45-9 tomorrow, Thursday.
and Friday 9-11, children play, while mums yoga away, bring an itsy for tea and chat after. Kids yoga at 11 if they are keen!
