Letโ€™s Talk About It is a new monthly radio show for and by the international community in Rotterdam, with a focus on sub-Saharan Africa, second generation migrants in particular. The aim of the show is to raise awareness and empower the community with information on mental health, sexual health and human rights; as well as opening up on dealing with culture shock and other related conflicts. On each broadcast, host Muyiwa Okunola will interview people affected and professionals to share their views on the selected topics of concern; as well as sharing music, poetry and scientific material that helps to contextualize the issues at hand.

Fatherhood is a complex and rewarding journey, but it comes with its share of mental challenges. The pressures to provide, the struggle to balance work and family life, and changing gender roles can all take a toll on a father's mental health. It is crucial for society to recognize these challenges and encourage open conversations around fatherhood and mental well-being.

By engaging in open conversations, providing support, understanding, and resources, we can help fathers navigate these challenges and ensure they have the mental and emotional tools to be the best parents they can be..
