Last Friday i had the pleasure to teach in Rosmalen. I had a wonderful time and i think people took on the tango elements well. Of course i would not be able to share my passion this way if i did not have a lot of support. Thank you Joyce for inviting me to join you guys on the dancefloor and lending me your partner. Thanks Jeroen for helping me teach after just a short explanation of the movements and techniques. And of course thanks to everybody who helped me practice and came to the workshop and party.

It was a very busy but fun day today:)
We started off with dancing for the new videoclip of Procrea!!
After that i injured my knee while.... sitting down -.-
But the fun must go on, so we also had a great time practicing for the ladies night performance we will give at Pathé Spuimarkt the 10th of december.

Now it's time to let my body rest and heal :)

The constant growth in evolving your dancing means having to start over sometimes to fully grasp the techniques to make your dancing look even better. I feel like a beginner again and unlike in the past I love it, because there are so many things I can learn and once I master it, I can see how much of an improvement it will be.

I love to see how yoga helps me in this process to enjoy every part of it. If I screw up it's just part of the process to becoming an even better dancer. There is no wrong just a road to travel to the more experienced dancer that is waiting for me. It is important to enjoy the journey because there is always room for improvement and I will strive for it for the rest of my life, but the most important part is to be happy with your life and your journey along the way.
