Our skin works to protect us from harmful ultraviolet radiation, which is why we should use sunscreen to protect us from damaging UV rays. Sunscreen bottles have a number that indicates the SPF level (typically 15, 30, 50, and so on). SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. The number refers to how long your skin will be protected from burning if the sunscreen is applied. For example, if you apply SPF 30 your skin will be protected for 30 times longer than if you weren’t wearing sunscreen.
Sunscreen acts as a shield for your skin cells and protects your skin from damage.

This damage can take the form of:
• Intense sunburns,
• Popped blood vessels in your skin,
• Premature aging of the skin that causes wrinkles,
• Skin cancer,
• & discoloration.

This popular time management method asks you to alternate pomodoros — focused work sessions — with frequent short breaks to promote sustained concentration and stave off mental fatigue:).

Here are 5 Steps for Using the Pomodoro Technique
1. Choose your task and total time to work on it.
2. Set a timer to 25 minutes (either with an egg timer or with an app).
3. Work on the task for 25 minutes,
4. Take a 5-minute break for energy renewal, start another Pomodoro.
5. Take a 20–30-minute break after completing four Pomodoros.

This subject might be difficult for some of us. Learning to love your body when you really don't is no easy task, and it's not as simple as the body positivity movement can sometimes make it seem. But we are sure that everything is possible!!!! Below you can a few small concrete ways to start:

1. Get to know your body! To love your body you must know your body. Feel what's good for your body and make a connection with that. You are powerful and you know what is good or bad for your body! Trust yourself in the proces✨
2. Do something that makes your body feel good every day! Maybe it's putting on your softest, fuzziest pair of socks to wear around the house. Maybe it's drinking a glass of water. You decide! It's your body:)✨
3. Try new things with your body! Go out of your comfort zone and surprise your body:)✨
4. Dress your body like it is a piece of artwork. Sometimes when we're feeling insecure about our bodies, we consciously or subconsciously put on clothes meant to cover up as much of our bodies. Stop this! Stop the shame and the negativity around your body! Attract the good vibes of your body! ✨
5. Work with a professional. If you can't do the work by yourself, you can always approach a professional to help you out:)✨
