Samen bewegen naar hartsgedragen communities

Geloof jij in de kracht van samen? In echte verbinding en wat daaruit kan ontstaan?

Op 11 april nodigen we je uit om samen te verkennen hoe hartsgedragen communities vorm krijgen en welke stappen we kunnen zetten – individueel en collectief. In de prachtige Verborgen Tuin in Uithoorn bewegen we, zowel fysiek als innerlijk, door verschillende dimensies.

Met reflectieve, creatieve en muzikale activiteiten ontdek je antwoorden op vragen als:

💛 Wat fluistert je hart je toe, en durf je dat te volgen?
🌿 Wat vertelt de natuur jou over de essentie van communities?
🤝 Hoe ziet ‘wij samen’ eruit voor jou?
🧭 Leid jij het proces, of laat je je leiden?
🚪 Welke overtuigingen of obstakels houden je nog tegen om je volledig te verbinden?

Deze middag is voor jou als je:
✅ Actief bent in of affiniteit hebt met community-projecten.
✅ Wilt bijdragen aan een wereld van harmonie, inclusiviteit en duurzaamheid.
✅ Meer vanuit je hart wilt leven en je intuïtie wilt volgen.

Bericht van COBRA

Hoe is het met je Cobra?

Met mij is het goed, ik kom in liefde met deze boodschap. De Aarde is de plek waar ik ben geboren. Ze is mijn thuis, ik beweeg iedere dag met mijn huid over haar grond. De grond die ook haar huid is, de huid van de Aarde. Ik accepteer de omstandigheden die ze me brengt. Ik vraag niet om iets anders, ben niet boos en accepteer. Hiermee accepteer ik ook dat de Aarde aan het veranderen is. Nee ik ben niet boos en ook niet bang dat er straks voor mij geen plek meer is. Ik weet dat de Aarde van me houdt en dat ze in transitie is. Transitie ken ik als Slang als geen ander. Het betekent dat je iets ouds van je moet afwerpen om toe iets nieuws te komen. En soms is dat een pijnlijk proces. Ik weet hiermee dat ik geduld moet hebben, de verandering mag accepteren en weten dat tijdelijk omstandigheden onzeker zijn.

Maar we gaan door dit proces, jij en ik, om te komen tot een nieuwe Aarde. De Aarde wil weer van iedereen zijn, in een mooiere staat zonder al deze vervuiling. Ze voelt haar grenzen bereikt en vraagt om verandering. Verandering van ons mensen en dieren die op haar mogen wonen. Vragen om een simpeler leven zodat er plek is voor iedereen. Ze gaat door deze transitie met veel ongemak, eentje die gepaard gaat met klimaatverandering, stormen, overstromingen en orkanen. Er zullen soorten uitsterven, maar alleen omdat ze hiermee hebben ingestemd. Ze willen daarmee plaatsmaken voor andere soorten, onbekende en soms oude (mythische) dieren die terug in ons bewustzijn komen en daarmee ook op Aarde. Zoek daarom voor de komende tijd een plekje op in de stilte. Keer inwaarts en zie helder door het proces. Het proces van nieuw geboren worden gaat immers altijd eerst door het donker heen.

Message of COBRA

How are you doing Cobra?

I am fine, I bring this message in love. Earth is the place where I was born. She is my home, with my skin I move over her soil every day. The soil that is also her skin, the skin of the Earth. I accept the circumstances she brings me. I do not ask for anything else, am not angry and accept. In doing so, I also accept that the Earth is changing. I am neither angry nor afraid that soon there will be no place for me. I know the Earth loves me and is in transition. As a Snake, transition is something I know better than anyone else. It means throwing off something old in order to reach something new. And sometimes that is a painful process. With that, I know that I have to be patient, accept the change and know that there will be temporary uncertainties.

But we are going through this process, you and I, to arrive at a new Earth. The Earth wants to belong to everyone again, in a more beautiful state without all this pollution. She feels her limits have been reached and demands change. Change from us humans and animals who are allowed to live on her. Asking for a simpler life so that there is room for everyone. She is going through this transition with much discomfort, one that involves climate change, storms, floods and hurricanes. Species will go extinct, but only because they have agreed to this. In doing so, they want to make way for other species, unknown and sometimes ancient (mythical) animals that are coming back into our consciousness and, therefore, on Earth. Therefore, for the time ahead, find a place of silence. Turn inward and see clearly through the process. After all, the process of new birth always goes through darkness first.

I have spoken, I have said, COBRA is my name.

- Message from RAT -

Rubbish is waste. Waste is not as you see it, unbrought goods, unused goods but for us, waste is all that which we can no longer convert into something else or something new. Waste does not exist in Nature. Because we always share and for every purpose there is a use. We share waste, we share what is, not use it and then throw it away after which nobody can use it anymore because it is too polluting, toxic or made for one purpose only. Let people rethink that. Good waste is No waste because everything is reused down to the last fibre.

Message of the Dryad

I am the Dryad, sitting in the tree.
Most of you people don't remember me.
We live in the tree like a spirit embracing the twigs, the branches and leaves.
In winter there's not much to see.
We are asleep then, waiting for the call. Until the sun shines again and you remember us all.

The consciousness of rain

It' s raining cats and dogs again. The sky is bleak, and grey. Naturally, I feel a slight resentment in me about the poor weather. Outside, I shelter under an awning.

Wait, I think, and I become lucid. The rain isn't just there. The rain is there very purposefully. It chooses to fall precisely today and right now in these quantities.

The moment I think that, my awareness shifts. And feel the rain as a field of consciousness coming down on the houses, the roofs, the streets, the people, on everything. I feel the love of the rain, grateful for the contact I make through consciousness.

In serenity and gratitude, I walk on.

THE TINY FLY

For the second time within a few minutes, a tiny fly flies at me. This time it hits my eye. I suppress the impulse to rub it out of my eye because I understand that it has a message for me.

With one eye closed, I find a quiet place to sit and listen. Little fly, what is it about, why are you flying into me? I squeeze my eye tightly shut, as if I am afraid that it will escape me.

‘Dear Iliana’, I hear, ‘can you now see me?’
No, I say, because you are directly on my eye. I cannot see so near.
But I do feel that something is there, I feel something against my eye and so I squeeze it tightly.

‘Can you see what the problem is?’
No, I can’t because I can’t see so up close.
‘If you can’t see me, then how do you know there is a problem?’
I think for a moment. ‘I don’t see it, I feel it.
‘Aahhh… feel.’

And then I realise how by squeezing my eye shut, I am simultaneously holding the problem firmly in place. I make my eyelid relax more, become less convulsive.

‘Aahhh… well done. ‘
If a problem is really close, sometimes it cannot be seen. It has to be seen from a distance, by someone else or by yourself.
I understand better what this is about. I relax further, not only my eyelids but my whole body. And notice that my perspective widens, goes more into the distance. The distance gives me new perspective, the image becomes clearer and sharper.

The tiny fly flew into my eye because it wanted me to change my focus. Away from the detail of the event and moving focus more towards the whole. Because then I can see much more, much more sharply.

Yes, little fly, I now understand. Distance and relaxation is necessary if you want to see something clearly.
Right,” I hear.
Is this only for me?
No, it is for everyone!

I thank the meanwhile already dead fly and rub it out of my eye.
