But often, your body is simply expressing what your mind has not yet processed.

👉 These are psychosomatic symptoms:

• Headaches or neck tension
• Digestive problems
• Fatigue even after resting
• Chest tightness or shortness of breath

Stress, anxiety, or unprocessed emotions can manifest in the body.
💡 The good news is that mindfulness helps you recognize early signs of overload and restore balance between mind and body!

Most of the time, it’s not the actual problem that makes you anxious… but the thousand possible scenarios your mind creates.

👉 Example:
• A mistake at work → “What if I get fired?”
• A medical test shows changes → “What if it’s serious?”
• An argument with your partner → “What if they stop loving me?”

These thoughts usually start with “What if…” and spiral into endless catastrophic stories.

💡 Here’s the reminder: these “What ifs” are hypothetical scenarios, not facts.

“That doesn’t make sense.”

How many times have you heard or told yourself these phrases?
They may seem small, but they are powerful ways of emotional invalidation!

👉 Instead of dismissing your emotions, try this:
• Eyes: look at yourself in the mirror and say “I see you. You are valid.”
• Hands: write down what you feel, then dissolve the paper in water.
• Chest: place your hand on your heart and whisper “I know this hurts. And you have the right to feel it.”

Emotional validation is a form of self-compassion and a way of honoring your humanity!
