A quick example: only in the UK, Black Friday 2020 emitted 429,000 metric tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions 💨💨

Heb je inmiddels al kennis gemaakt met dit coole nieuwe product, dat makkelijk te gebruiken is, en rechtstreeks uit jouw Nespresso machine komt, MAAR in feite geen koffie is. Het is een alternatief voor koffie in een capsule. Na maanden van experimenteren kwamen ze met vijf verschillende smaken: rode biet, matcha, kurkuma, gember en chai.
En het fijne daarvan is dat alle ingrediënten 100% natuurlijk zijn, zonder toevoegingen. Dus niet alleen jij, maar ook jouw lichaam zal deze producten waarderen!

Hoewel reizigersdiarree een bekend fenomeen is, komt ook constipatie tijdens de vakantie vaak voor. De ontlasting blijft dan langer uit en wordt vaak harder van consistentie.

💡 Vezelarme voeding, een ontregeld bioritme en het gebrek aan beweging zijn vaak de oorzaak van dit probleem.

Met onderstaande tips kan je constipatie gedurende je vakantie zoveel mogelijk voorkomen!

1️⃣ Zorg voor voldoende inname van vezelrijke voeding zoals verse groenten en fruit. Enkele voorbeelden van vezelrijke groenten en fruit zijn cichorei, aardpeer, prei, ui, knoflook en banaan. 🍌Vermijd vezelarme voeding zoals witbrood, snoepgoed of andere suikerrijke snacks.

2️⃣ Let extra scherp op het bioritme. 😴 Zorg ervoor dat het slaap-waakritme regelmatig blijft, waarbij je licht en voeding vermijdt gedurende de nachturen. Maak eventueel gebruik van suppletie met melatonine.

3️⃣ Zorg voor voldoende beweging tijdens de reis naar bestemming en de rest van de vakantie. Onderbreek de autorit of vlucht regelmatig om te bewegen. Ga niet élke dag aan het strand liggen maar kies voor matig intensieve wandelingen, fietstochten of andere activiteiten. 🏊
