I want to leave here my frustration with the service provided at these airports and airlines .
We left from Amsterdam on the 8th of February, my bags were delivered to my family’s house on the 10th of February, because according to them they were unable to put the luggage on the transfer flight because they were late on their connections. As if it wasn’t all this hassle, it was still stolen!! They violated my bags and stole everything valuable inside. including toys and souvenirs that I had, I bring to the whole family. Feeling of incapacity, frustration, indignation with such a broken system where idiots need to violate privacy and steal from you. 😞😞😞😞.
