600 g pure chocolade - gehakt
150 g suiker

½ tl zeezout
220 ml slagroom
4 el EQ Pure Arctic Oil of EQ Pure Vegan Oil

Cake
Smelt boter op laag vuur in een kleine pot. Als de boter is gesmolten, zet je het vuur uit en voeg je de chocolade toe (250 g). Roer tot de chocolade is gesmolten. In een nieuwe kom; voeg de eieren en suiker toe en roer zachtjes met een garde gedurende ongeveer 10 seconden. Voeg al roerend de gesmolten boter en chocolade toe aan de eieren. Voeg dan al roerend beetje bij beetje de bloem toe en voeg tenslotte het zeezout toe. Zet de chocoladetaart ongeveer 10 minuten op een bakplaat in de oven op 200 graden Celsius.

Ganache
Verwarm de room in een kleine pot tot je de eerste bubbel ziet, zet het vuur uit en voeg de chocolade toe (350 g). Roer tot de chocolade is gesmolten. Voeg EQ Pure Arctic Oil of EQ Pure Vegan Oil toe en roer voorzichtig.

Snijd de chocoladetaart in stukjes en verdeel de ganache erover. Genieten!

Tip: voor een extra touch kun je zoethout, gehakte en gebakken noten, zeezout of verschillende gedroogde bessen op de taart sprenkelen.

Salt & pepper

To do: Toast the bread in the oven or in a frying pan. Cut the avocado in pieces, mix with chopped chili, lime, salt and black pepper. Add the oil at the end. Spread the avocado salsa on the toasted bread. Use the thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes as a decorative topping.

8 slices of salted, dried ham (Norwegian Spekeskinke)

8 slices of a baguette

½ lemon
1/4 ts Sugar Fresh herbs of your own choice

To do: Toast the bread in the oven or a frying pan. Fry the ham in a frying pan on medium heat for 30 sec, only on the one side. Boil water. Cut a cross in the top and bottom of the tomatoes and put them into the boiling water. Leave them for approximately 10 seconds then move them over to a bowl with ice water. Peel the skin of the tomatoes, remove the soft inside, and cut them in small pieces. Then mix with lemon juice, sugar, chopped basil, a little bit of salt and black pepper.

In the end, add the oil to the mix. Put the ham on top of the toasted bread, and spread the tomato concassé over. Decorate with fresh herbs.

Cucumber Focaccia, or a different type of good bread

To do: Cook prawns in salted water during 1 up to 2 minutes. Drain and add ice with cold water to cool. Next get out of the pot and leave them to chill.

Mix prawns, juice from the orange, thin slices of fennel and cucumber. Mix carefully the salad and pickled in juice shrimps. Add the EQ Pure Arctic Oil with lemon taste at the end. Serve with warm grilled bread.

To do: Add the lettuce or any another salad to the bowl. Peel the pear, cut out the seed nests and cut into quarters. Next, drizzle the pear with lemon juice and add to the salad.

Add some pieces of goat cheese and crumbled walnuts on the top of the salad. Also, you can add some seasonal berries: strawberry or blueberry. During the winter, you can add the grape. For the dressing, mix the honey or agave syrup with lemon juice, EQ Pure Arctic Oil Lemon, salt & pepper and olive oil in a small jar. Strip the sauce with the spoon.

Pour the sauce into the bowl and serve the salad with a baguette and butter.
