“If your teacher doesn’t cue, correct, and care… you’re just bouncing on a bed.”

Pilates isn’t about moving for the sake of moving!!! 🙄
It’s about moving with intention, precision, and connection!

A great teacher doesn’t just count reps or demonstrate exercises 🤦‍♀️
they see you.
They guide you.
They care about how every movement lands in your body.

✅ Cueing — helps you understand what you’re doing and why.
✅ Correcting — ensures you’re doing it safely and effectively. Hands on people!!!!
✅ Caring — turns the session into transformation, not repetition.

Without these, Pilates loses its magic — it becomes just another workout 🤷‍♀️
But when your teacher cues, corrects, and truly cares…
that’s when your body changes, your posture transforms, and your mind awakens.

Unfortunately, that’s what I see with many instructors today —
too much bouncing, not enough teaching 🫣
But I’m not giving up. No no no!
I’m dedicated to creating REAL Pilates instructors —
teachers who cue, correct, and care —
because that’s what Joseph Pilates intended… and what our clients deserve. 💪💚

Er is nog weinig kennis over welke bekkenbodemklachten ruiters ervaren en hoe zij hiermee omgaan. Om meer inzicht te krijgen is er een onderzoek gestart naar bekkenbodemklachten in de paardensport en is de onderzoeker op zoek naar ruiters die mee willen werken.
