Zen Shiatsu
Japanese Zen Shiatsu massage has its roots in a classical oriental medicine. It is based on the concept of meridians - the energy channels in a human body and the Qi energy (life energy) flow. Shiatsu works with pressure on the channels as well as special acupressure points. Zen Shiatsu puts emphasis on perceiving our body and emotions as a whole and a human being as a part of a bigger organism of Nature. The integral part of Zen Shiatsu is an aware and meditative approach. Mukabhyanga
An Ayurvedic facial massage is a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience. With the best quality natural oils works with the face, head and neck, especially with the Marma points, which according to the ancient India knowledge have positive influence on our mental and physical health. This massage helps to let go and relieve stress but also gives a truly oriental, luxurious experience. This technique stimulates facial microcirculation and helps to feel and look better.
