Spotted these few cockatoos a few days ago during my coffee break outside the corridor.

Finding grace & beauty everywhere. I am grateful for this encounter. Small things bring happiness, not necessarily tangible.

These days most school kids have problems in their head, neck & shoulders with their excessive use of screens. Be it an iPad, a mobile phone or computers....

This traction using the helps relieve the discomfort. Hopefully with increasing awareness of the alignment of the head, neck & shoulders, my lil' man will learn holding a better posture & be free of the screen inducing .

So, in the end it's 5 "Go"s to go. I made 5 CNY cakes in 2 days. 😱😱😱

Turns out I have totally forgotten about the one pudding which my mom likes - . Personally I am not fond of it, thus my skin is allergic to its touch. But if there is a will, there is a way. Wearing 2 layers of gloves🤣🤣🤣, I made it through.
