Many of us coming into the new year, automatically think we have to change our habits drastically.

Remember that slow and steady wins the race and that any day is a good day to starr a new healthy habit or even go back to old healthy habits.

I started the year with drinking ginger juice everyday again and talking long walk.

I was speaking to a friend yesterday about nutrition and habits and she said you are a bit of a rebel! 🤭😎

It made me think, and yes I guess I am. I don't agree with national guidelines for nutrition for most part as I read up on health and food from many other great sources.

The way most people eat these days is unfortunately making us sicker, not healthier.

A healthy lifestyle does not have to be extreme, you just have to become more conscious of your choices.

To start with, try cutting back on ultraprocessed food, and eating more clean food. The longer the ingredients list is, the more processed the food is usually. So start by just reading labels.
