13 years ago I started with Sita. Initially it was to focus on those in Nepal who had diabetes. When I first came here Sita and I held many health camps and randomly tested hundreds of people in the community for diabetes. I was shocked when over 70% of 400 people at one health camp had screened positive for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. After Sita and I completed our research we found the need for proper diabetic care in chitwan and all over Nepal. Because of our effort, College of Medical Sciences built a Diabetes Screening Center. I’m so happy our research and foundation made a sustainable difference in the long term. ❤️

Bucketts of Love raised enough money to purchase land for a birthing center in a remote village called Arnakot, Nepal. On March 4, at the new birthing center, we plan to give free prenatal, gestational diabetes, and physical exams. We couldn't do it without YOUR help.

100% of donations will go toward purchasing medical supplies for both mother and infant, fetal monitoring equipment, furniture, and other much-needed materials for the center!

With each donation of $30 or more, you will receive a free gift!

This little cute head was 103 years old! I asked him what his diet was like.. Dahl baht twice a day.. no alcohol.. no smoking.. no greasy foods.. just a Coke A Cola once a week! hahaha. His vitals were amazing and his lab results were all normal! Everyone in Nepal and AMERICA should take a lesson from him.
