A case of carbamazepine induced erythema multiforme..before this lesion patient was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia in some other hospital and was prescribed carbamazepine. 2-3 days of medication, patient developed this and it was getting more worse. we treated this case of oral medicine and radiology. Nobel medical college teaching hospital. Take care whenever prescribing carbamazepine.

Case of wegener's granulomatosis. patient was from India, undergone many treatment, suffered nearly for one year before coming to Nobel medical college. it was the one of the most difficult case for me to treat. we tried many drugs but was not getting response for a very long time..but at last by god grace patient started responding after the long course of medication..patient still comes after a year n we follow the case routinely..now the lesion has no recurrences.@ department of oral medicine and radiology..Noble medical college..
