नेपालमा चाडबाड को रमझम सुरू भयो! विदेशमा राति र बिहानको पर्वाह नगरी काम गरीरहनु भएका सबैजनालाई यो सन्देशः

१) नेपालको चाडबाड फेसबुकमा देख्दा निकै एक्लो महसुस हुनसक्छ। यो नर्मल हो।
२) तपाईलाई पनि यॅंहा तपाईको परिवार र साथीहरूले मिस गरिरहेका हुन्छन्।
२) तर तपाईले आज गरिरहनु भएको मिहेनतको रङ्गले भोलिको जिवन रङगिन हुनेछ।
३) त्यसैले निरासापन हटाउन केहि उपायहरू गर्न सक्नु हुन्छ

- भिडियो कल गरेर मनका कुरा भन्ने, रमाउने 🥳
- वरपर साथीभाई छन् भने भेटेघाट गर्ने 🏘️
- भेटेर फोन चलाउने होईन 📱❌
- पुराना गीतहरूको अन्ताकक्षिरीखेल्ने, गीत गाउने 🎤 ✅
- नेपाली परिकारहरू वा नेपालको स्वाद सम्झाउने खानेकुरा खाने 🍛🥟🥙
- आफ्नो रमाईलो कथाहरू एकअर्का सॅंग शेयर गर्ने 🤗
- छुट्टिने बेलामा अनिवार्य एक अर्कालाई ३-५ सेकेन्ड अंकमाल गर्ने 🫂

आज मनको स्वास्थ्य बारे कार्यक्रम गर्यौं।कक्षा ८-९-१० का विद्यार्थी सॅंग। घरमा बा-आमाले नबुझ्ने, स्कुलमा सर मिसले नबुझ्ने तर उनीहरूको मनमा भारि भएका कुराहरू राखे, अल्मल भएको कुरा भने, रोए, हाँसे, कराए, मौनतामा हराए तर कार्यक्रम पछि प्रष्ट भएर, ढुक्क भएर फर्किए।गर्न खोजेको यहि थियो।

हाम्रो वरपर मानसिक रूपमा संघर्षरत छोरा मान्छेहरू लाई सक्दो मदत गरौं है।

उनीहरू सितिमिति कुरा पनि खोल्न सक्दैनन्! आशॅु पनि बॅाधेर राख्छन्। एकैचोटि दरलाग्दो कदम चाल्नसक्छन्।

उनीहरूमा परिवर्तन भएको स-सानो आनीबानी याद राख्न सके मदत गर्न सकिन्छ।
