we are looking for a competitive, trustworthy and ambitious Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities and expand our clientele base. The incumbent will be responsible achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companyโs customer base and ensure its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, training and performance monitoring of each team member.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Hospitalโ Staff, Our Channel Partners and Hospital Consultants.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
1) Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
2) Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
3) Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
4) Meeting planned sales goals
5) Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
6) Promoting the organization and products.
7) The ongoing training of your salespeople
8 Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
9) Maintain and update sales report in CRM
10) Communicate important feedback from customer internally
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
At least 6 years of sales experience. And at least 3 year of experience as managing sales team.
Preferable experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices
๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
Graduate in Biology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biomedical and relevant fields
๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Common IT skills viz. Email, MS Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Commercial awareness & Numerical skills.
Should be able to speak LOCAL LANGUAGE fluently.
Must have Working knowledge of English.

Field service engineers will be responsible to respond to customer service calls and perform on-site / off-site repairs. They will conduct troubleshooting, User Demonstration and provide technical support services, such as replacements of the needed equipment components. His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports. Performing Preventive maintenance, Signing AMC & CAMC contracts etc.
