Prof Mercy Mathew
Advisor (Product, Process, Hygiene & Nutrition)

Prof Mathew is a Dietician by profession & former Faculty (Food Production) with the Institute of Hotel Management which is one of the pioneering institute amongst the hospitality schools of India. As an acclaimed teacher she has trained students who today occupy leading positions in many reputed organisations. She has been part of teams that have advised leading companies such as Parle, Cadbury etc. in developing a range of products. As an expert in product, process, hygiene & nutrition Prof Mathew with her insights will enhance the value of brand Soupherb.

A healthcare professional with MBA having 30 + year career with companies such as Jenburkt, Torrent Pharma, Ajanta Pharma & Shree Dhootapapeshwar. He has hands on experience in international operations, brand management, strategy planning, new product launches, regulatory requirements, training & market research. Has wide exposure to handling brands from diverse therapeutic segments including Ayurvedic products, Dietary supplements & OTC as well as prescription medicines in the Indian & export markets. His skills in brand management will add value to Soupherb operations.

Chef Gyan is an accomplished and award-winning chef with a wealth of experience in contemporary Asian cuisine. He has worked at some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels, including Wagamama in KSA and Wasabi by Morimoto at Taj Mahal luxury five-star hotel. He has exceptional knowledge of Oriental cuisine, including Indian art, and has won several awards, including the Best Contemporary Japanese Restaurant Award for three consecutive years. He has a unique and modern approach to cooking, combining traditional techniques with a creative flair.
