Together with my root guru, Kyabgön Phakchok Rinpoche, and revered lamas, I had the privilege to join our Vietnamese sangha in a series of profound spiritual and healing activities. We performed sacred pujas, including the Lama Norlha pujas, and received precious empowerment directly from Rinpoche.

Alongside these blessings, I was deeply grateful for the opportunity to treat members of the Vietnamese sangha with Sowa-Rigpa. Sharing our tradition in a new country and extending healing to new people was both meaningful and inspiring. This journey felt like an important step in flourishing Sowa-Rigpa beyond borders, bringing together Dharma, healing, and compassion in service of others.

May they find strength, healing, and support.
We pray for the leaders and caretakers,
May wisdom and kindness guide their actions.

May the blessings of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas,
And all guardians of the Dharma
Shine upon Nepal and all its people.

Through love, unity, and resilience,
May this time of difficulty transform into hope.
May harmony return,
And may all beings in Nepal and throughout the world
Be free from suffering and filled with peace.
