MARMA ЁЯОЙ
Marma points are vital energy junctions in the body, originating from Ayurveda, where tissues like muscles, veins, bones, and joints meet, acting as doorways for life force (prana).
There are 107 such points (plus one for the mind), and stimulating them through massage (Marma Chikitsa) can release blockages, improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote holistic healing by balancing energy flow, with specific points linked to organs and functions.

Marma Therapy (Marma Chikitsa)
Involves pressing points with fingers, thumbs, or knuckles, often with medicated oils.
Aims to release energy blockages, detoxify, and restore balance.
Provides deep relaxation and revitalization, unlike heavy traditional massages.
Connection to Other Systems
Marmas are pathways to the chakras and are linked to the mind through nadis (energy channels).
Stimulation helps balance the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
