PAANI Organization

PAANI (People Access to Adequate Natural Infrastructures) was founded in 2021.

It was established to address climate change, conserve natural resources, enhance livelihoods, improve health and empower women in rural communities.

PAANI Organization successfully conducted the 'Integration of Local Farm Production with School Feeding Program" in Baiteshwor Municipality, Dolakha, in collaboration with German NGO Weltweit and with generous funding support from the Rapunzel One World Foundation.

This project aims to:
✅ Provide fresh, nutritious, and locally produced food to school children
✅ Strengthen livelihoods of local farmers by creating a reliable market
✅ Improve students’ health, attendance, and learning outcomes
✅ Promote sustainable agriculture and community resilience

By connecting schools with local farmers, this initiative demonstrates how community-based solutions can create meaningful and sustainable impact. Together, we are nurturing healthier children and stronger local food systems.

This project was initiated by Mr. Bhav Jha,one of the founder of PAANI organization.

Street Drama for a Powerful Cause!!

PAANI Organization successfully organized a "street drama" to raise awareness about "violence against women" a reality that still affects countless lives in our society.

Through strong performances and real-life messages, the drama highlighted issues such as domestic violence, harassment, and the silence victims are often forced to endure. It reminded us that violence is not a private matter but is a social issue that demands collective action.

Let us stand together to speak up, support survivors, and work towards a society where every woman can live with dignity, safety, and respect.

Empowering Youth Through Skills for Sustainable Livelihoods

PAANI Organization is proud to share the successful completion of a "Bakery Training Program" for the youth of "Chandragiri Municipality" Kathamndu.

This training was designed to equip young people with practical, income-generating skills, helping them move toward self-employment and financial independence. Through hands-on sessions, participants learned essential bakery techniques, hygiene standards, and basic business knowledge required to start or support a bakery enterprise.

At PAANI, we believe that, skills create opportunities. By investing in youth capacity building, we are contributing to stronger families, resilient communities, and a sustainable local economy.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Chandragiri Municipality, trainers, and all enthusiastic participants who made this program a success. Together, we are baking a brighter future!
