World AIDS Day
AIDS is the advanced stage of HIV, a virus that weakens the immune system.
HIV spreads through unprotected s*x, sharing needles, infected blood, and mother-to-child transmission.
It does not spread by touching, hugging, sharing food, or mosquito bites.
Prevention:
Use condoms, avoid sharing needles, get tested, and seek PrEP/PEP if needed.
Treatment:
Early testing and awareness reduce stigma and protect everyone.
