The exhibition wasn’t just about food, it was about fueling dreams, building awareness, and empowering young minds to make healthier choices every single day. From interactive displays to insightful discussions, the session highlighted how balanced nutrition shapes stronger bodies, sharper minds, and brighter futures.

Under Project Happy Flow, a hands-on reusable pad–making training was successfully conducted on December 5 for NHC–MTC members.
The session was facilitated by our board members Sudipa Ghimire and Himanshu Rauniyar, equipping the team with the practical skills needed for sustainable menstrual health promotion.
With this training complete, the team is now all set to take the initiative into the community.
