𝐓𝐞𝐧-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭

The ten-day Mahamudra retreat was held in the Mahamudra Hall. Eighteen Chinese practioners successfully participated in the course. H.E. Chogyal Rinpoche shared Ganga Mahamudra by Mahasida Tilopa and Master Choying, who has completed the traditional three years and six months retreat in snow mountain, led everyone's practice every day on site. This is the first ten-day Mahamudra retreat course for Chinese students. In the future, it will continue to benefit countless sentient beings.

𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐤 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫

After a full day of learning and retreat activities, guests gathered for a special 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 that beautifully showcased Nepali musical tradition. As the evening unfolded, the warm glow of the setting combined with the enchanting sounds of the sarangi, flute, guitar, and madal. The musicians filled the space with soulful melodies, creating an atmosphere that was both lively and deeply cultural.

Guests enjoyed delicious food and relaxed conversations while immersing themselves in the authentic rhythms of Nepal. The music became a perfect way to unwind—bridging the day’s teachings with a moment of joy, connection, and cultural discovery.

They sat inside the hall while the monks and Chogyal Rinpoche offered a Zambala puja and empowerment.

During their two-day Wealth Wisdom Learning Program, the group visited the Repa School, where they lovingly offered lunch to the young monks. The moment was filled with kindness and warmth as the guests connected with the students through generosity and shared smiles. This simple yet heartfelt act became a meaningful highlight, reflecting the spirit of care and compassion at the heart of the community.

A special two-day Wealth Wisdom Learning Program was conducted by a respected His Eminence Chogyal Rinpoche, arranged for entrepreneurs and business participants.

The sessions focused on positive values related to genuine prosperity—such as clarity of mind, kindness, balanced thinking, and thoughtful decision-making. The program highlighted the importance of developing inner stability and constructive qualities as a foundation for long-term success and well-being.

Participants expressed sincere appreciation for the opportunity to attend this meaningful and inspiring program in a calm and focused environment.

𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟴 – 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯: 𝗔 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗼 is taking place at Repa Retreat. This profound practice belongs to the Barom Kagyu lineage of Phowa. Mahāsiddha Repa Tsultrim transmitted this lineage to Chogyal Rinpoche, who has since spread it throughout the world. This time, 70 Chinese practitioners are participating. This morning, Rinpoche bestowed the Amitābha empowerment to prepare students for the Phowa practice.

Ayurveda restores balance to body and mind, creating a steady ground for meditation. With the body light and the mind calm, Dharma can take root more deeply.

It clears the senses, calms restlessness, and renews energy, allowing wisdom and compassion to arise naturally.

At Repa Retreat, we weave Buddhist wisdom with holistic healing — so every soul returns to the world healed, loving, and radiant.

From preparing and serving delicious vegetarian meals to offering their kindness and warm smiles at every moment, they created an atmosphere of care, harmony, and togetherness. 💛

Truly, it was a time where teachings, compassion, and community came together to make this retreat deeply memorable. 🌿🕉️

With the boundless blessings, loving-kindness, and compassionate guidance of 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗴𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗶𝗻𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲 and 𝗞𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗽𝗼 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗸, our 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮 has successfully completed a profound 𝟭𝟱-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁.

This sacred journey culminated in a 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮 𝗧𝘀𝗼𝗸 𝗽𝘂𝗷𝗮, heartfelt offerings of song and devotion by the students to their revered teachers, and the distribution of certificates honoring their sincere diligence and devotion to the Dharma.

May the merit generated through this retreat benefit all sentient beings, and may the light of the Buddha's teachings continue to shine in all directions.

Tonight, we embraced deep stillness with a soul-soothing singing bowl relaxation session from 8–9 PM. The gentle vibrations carried us into a space of healing, calm, and inner peace — the perfect prelude to a restful night’s sleep. ✨🧘‍♀🎶

Grateful for these moments of harmony on our journey inward.
