Yesterday a 7 mnth old child came to our opd who was not able to take feeds for past one month. Child was taken to diff docs including in patna but was not improving. Child also had noisy breathing. Xray soft tissue neck was done and found a fb lodged in cricopharynx. Under mild sedation the fb was removed using laryngoscope. Child is now doing fine.
