Job Description
Job Offer: Gandhi tulasi manohara Community hospital is seeking to hire a highly-skilled Health Assistant, with good proven experience and practice, for a probationary period of three months.
Specific Roles
• On duty for the emergency department/wards (Day & Night).
• In-patient monitoring, assessment, prescription of medicines and treatment orders, and interpretation of laboratory results/investigations
• Minor surgical procedures (i.e. sutures, I&D, debridement of wounds, Cast and Slab application for fractures and dislocations)
• Provide counselling services i.e. addictions/psychiatric, family planning, antenatal, postnatal, etc.
• Assisting and coordinating with visiting interdisciplinary health professionals
• Engaging in health promotion and teaching activities in community.
Specific Characteristics:
• Acquiring preventive, primitive, and curative health care
• Good knowledge of USG and X-RAY is preferred.
• Interpersonal communication skills and good and warm relationships with patients, locals, and the team are mandatory.
Location: Kageshwori Manohara Kathmandu (Accommodation provided).
Position period: Initial period of 3 Months (with the possibility of extension)
