Position: Business Development Associate
📍 Kathmandu, Nepal

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and compliant quotations aligned with company pricing policies.
Conduct pricing, cost, and margin analysis for competitive proposals.
Prepare tender documents, bid responses, compliance forms, and related materials.
Draft private agreements and commercial terms using approved templates.
Manage professional communication with brands, vendors, and partners.
Handle client/tender inquiries, track progress, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Maintain and update quotation & tender databases for reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Healthcare, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in quotations, sales operations, or bid/proposal development.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail and consistency.
