Breast cancer awareness remains alarmingly low in Nepal. Regular screening could significantly reduce mortality rates, especially in the early stages. It's inspiring to witness Dr. Toshima Karki, a dedicated surgeon and current Member of Parliament from Lalitpur, working tirelessly on preventive measures. We urge her to actively raise these crucial issues in Parliament as well.
