First Light Advantages! It’s Christmas here in NZ🎄🎅🏻✝️
I should tell you all the reasons why these 4 little exercises work to wake you up and get you moving, but I am not. It is Christmas. Simple today, details another time.
If it is cold where you are, open a window instead of heading outside to get light. Take off your glasses so your eyes actually get the message.
Put a good pinch of sea salt under your tongue. Wait 5 minutes. Drink good quality water.
Pause the coffee. Eat breakfast first. Even if that means a pre breakfast like me at 6:30am within 1 hour of light connection😉
Cold exposure is optional, not required, but helpful. Hold a handful of snow for 30 seconds, 3 rounds. Or step outside in light clothing for 3 minutes. Or do it my way!
