What we are seeing this week in clinic is that the body has an awareness before we realize something has changed. An example of this is safety is paramount for the body, you have a relationship that you feel obligated to maintain but when your in their presence you start to feel off in your gut or your body starts to tense up. You talk yourself through it, but it doesn’t go away. We can talk ourselves into or out of anything but to listen to the body goes beyond the mind’s ability to rationalize our actions. This is a time to listen to the body, it is a self Healing machine 🩻 💚

Declare what you are not bringing forward. For 2025 open up space for opportunities, intentions, magic, more love, more abundance, more joy.
