On the upcoming 25th of May we are gathering in Circle to celebrate the Release and Renewal of the Full Moon 🌕

Myself and .manifest will be holding the space for you at Yoga Shala venue

This is a time of big change both in our external world as well as reflected internally. The current seasons are changing and with that comes the acknowledgment that we ourselves are needing reflection, release, renewal.

The space that we are holding is for you to feel safe, included, supported, guided and of course uplifted! Connecting you to soul and source ✨💕

Today there’s been a mental shift for me. I’ve realised, I am the alchemist, I decide what is right/wrong/positive/negative. It’s all mindset. ✨Welcome to ARIES ♈️ SEASON✨

🦋As the first sign on the wheel of the zodiac - the sun is exalted (favourable) in Aries. Uplifting our moods, energy, stamina etc.

🦋Aries is the start of something new, the fire in our belly with the action to implement, the warrior who stands to battle even alone. No fear

🦋On March 26th, venus will conjoin with the sun lighting up more fire energy. This will lunate the theme of relationship- both to yourself and the self discovery journey!

🦋From the 15th of March to the 3rd of April Mercury will be in the dreamy sign of pisces. So what does this mean?

🦋The planet Mercury governs how we communicate, both outwardly and inwardly. When Mercury is in pisces our imagination becomes bigger, our thought process is a lot more visual, and our decisions are influenced by intuition

Pisces new moon on the 13th of March, the affects can still be felt. Over emotional, overwhelmed, happy, sad, up and down, everything and nothing. Whatever it is, the emotion feels PROMINENT.

I had to just take some time to recoup my energy and really listen to my emotional needs 🦋 Nontheless, Ive loved pisces season as this has highlighted what I want and need to fill my emotional needs. Feeling a lot more balanced and coming into myself more and more everyday. Realising that not everything needs to be too stressful and my happiness comes first - let that be a message to all reading this ✨🧚🏽‍♀️🐚
